Andromeda of Plymouth - Thank you for the Music - Songs to sing, hum, play the spoons to, bang those pots and wave some flags to

Isn't it nice to be able to open those hatches and let the sunshine in
and a nice breeze waft through all the cabins to dry out those far away
corners its hard to get to. Yesterday Susan hauled the washing to the
laundry and then went and fetched it back and just sat enjoying being
surround ed by lovely clean fresh washing - its the small luxuries in
life that are so worth it. She was going to join the huge queue for the
machines on the marina but thought better of it and thereby had time for
a few other little jobs of course.

Today after a much earlier night (like about 4 hours) to bed the Peeps
were up and at it almost as bright and breezy as normal. Andrew is still
finding out what he can't do with out a very painful yelp but did this
morning finish our painting on the dock and very fetching it is too.
Susan was meanwhile catching up on the cleaning and its nearly done and
everything is nearly aired out now. When we were ready for a break we
wandered up to the bus stop and caught the daily bus that goes right
round the island. You don't get to see everything but it gives you the
flavour of this lovely place and we got to spot 3 other yachts
approaching Faial. The harbour is a bit emptier now so they may be able
to go straight to the reception dock instead of anchoring off first.

We have been asked about the songs - you remember those - quite a while
ago now and so I have put the list together and here it is, many thanks
to all contributors and I am sure there are many we have missed out,
just hope the list isn't too long for the post......

ps. we have been enjoying catching up with all the photos of the events
in Lagos and the places in between, its looking veery warm there.

More in due course,

Andrew and Susan
