Saida - Saida day 4

Now heading Southwest with boat speeds of up to 9kn chasing the trade winds before us so we can 'turn right', direction St Lucia. Crew and boat are behaving very well. Spirit is great and things are progressing as planned. Today we all had Oli's fitness instructions for a healthy on-board life!
