We had an excellent weather for the start from Cape Town. As we were heading to sea, the beautiful backdrop of Table Mountains was clearly visible for quite some time. We decided to take it easy and just enjoy sailing in close to perfect conditions.
This morning, we decided to try our new spinnaker and after some minor problems (loosing spinnaker sock pull down rope)which required Greg climbing mast in the middle of Atlantic, we are doing 7 knots in a 12 knot breeze.
All is well on board.
