ARC WEATHER 19/12 0600Z - FORECAST UPDATE #25
19/12/2014

Synopsis: Broad inverted trough of low pressure extends N towards 30N from 17N between 60W and 40W. Low will form across N portion of this trough through today, remaining semi-stationary through tomorrow into morning of the 21/12. This will weaken the base of the trough through tomorrow evening. Weak area of high pressure will slide E into W Atlantic across the top of the Caribbean islands by tomorrow midday, and remain in place through 21/12 to 22/12.

Conclusion: Latest satellite imagery shows very isolated to nil squall activity across the grid RR this morning, with conditions expected to remain as such through tomorrow. Winds will begin to increase tomorrow as trough base and high weakly interact with each other and enhance said winds slightly.
