Silver Slipper - Silver Slipper in the Sun

Silver Slipper is now moored up in Camaret in hot sunshine. We have finally left the wind and cloudy weather of the English Channel. Today spent our time doing general boat maintenance and catching up on the washing in the sun. 

Last night was the first night that the crew did not ask for a hot water bottle.  LOL

We have now met three Arc 2013 yachts but none of them were flying the rally flag.  What a shame as we have met so many nice people and made new friends as the ARC is something so many sailors dream of doing. We strongly recommend you fly the flag whenever in port as you never know who you will meet and who your new friends could be. The ARC is always a start of a new conversation.

Our plans is to hang around the local area to catch up with some old friends in a few weeks so if any other ARC yachts are now on their way down look out for us as the Rally flag will be flying.
