Great Escape of Southampton - Day 7 17 22 06n 26 16 08

Great Escape passed West of the Cape Verde islands yesterday and reported having a bumpy night with winds in excess of 30knots. Later the weather had improved and were sailing comfortably in much improved Conditions. With some lights winds forecast over the next day the strategy is to put more west into our course with the trades building tomorrow.
