Jambo - St Lucia in our sights

about 450 miles to go so hopefully will get in Thursday eve if we can keep our speed up which will be a challenge as ARC fever and exhaustion is setting in

Skipper getting some stick as now down to tins and my fish cakes look more like fish soup ( told em that floggings will continue until moral improves )

it looks like the winds may ease a little as we get near which will mean we can get more sail out but will not take risks with the rig or the rudder as this is not a good place to loose either - some big swell
