12 days at sea and thanks to good provisioning, meticulous cleaning, effective storage and the efficient use of the fridge, we're still eating fresh produce.
Well done Jax
Today's lunch was ploughman's with freshly baked bread and all the trimmings (except pickled onion which is in the fridge but was forgotten)
I think the nice freshies will be running out in a few days time, as week 3 is supposedly junk food week, with stuff from the freezer, long term fruit and veg such as potatoes, cabbage for coleslaws etc. I think even hot dogs are on the menu at some point - yummy.
The wind is back today and the parasailor is out and we're romping along in blue skies with only a slightly confused sea stopping it being perfect sailing conditions.
