Tinia - Day 16

Bouncy seas and good wind on Day 16 . Squally last night and had a 35 knot gust which required some skillful steering to prevent broaching.
The fishing reel purred again this morning but we were disappointed to discover 2 clumps of seaweed on the line - amazing how much drag a bit of weed can cause - we thought we might have finally caught the long awaited tuna. Due to fresh food supplies being low we gladly gulped the weed down and we live in hope for the tuna.
The quiz book has boosted our general knowledge to new levels - eg. flogging was banned in the UK IN 1940 -however we have discovered this does not apply outside UK waters and a small crewing error ends up with painful consequences out here.

Lucky enough to have tomato soup and tuna mayo on par baked baguette for dinner. Hmmm tasty !!!

The equations continue regarding the expected arrival date.
