Louise - Blog 13 - 17th Day at Sea

I’m still making my way to St. Lucia. I did not tell you that a few days ago a seam in the main sail broke so we are only having the fog/jib and the mizzan. But we make progress, and the crew are still in good mood. I let them use the sattelite phone to call Jan’s daughter and Carinas mother. They were happy talking to them.

I do not expect us to arrive St. Lucia before the finishing line closesd on 19th December. If the weather Gods and Neptun are kind to us we might be able to attend the price giving ceremony.

Still 764 nm to go.
