The weather continues fine with full sun shine and good saiiing breezes from the Southeast. We are on schedule to make Darwin by Monday the 24th to undergo a bio inspection of the hull. There were several ships last night on the same or opposite course to ours, so that we were kept on our guard. The one marked difference between the Pacific and the Arafura Sea is the absence of swell. The Pacific is a deep ocean of several thousand metres, whereas the Arafura Sea is only 50 metres deep.
