Noon Position: Cocos Keeling

Daily run: 131 logged miles


We arrived in the anchorage at noon today, turquoise blue water and very clear. Rubbish is not accepted in any of the atoll islands. They are pristine clean and the coral lives in a pristinely clean environment. We shall be here till Monday, when we set sail for Mauritius. We have just finished putting up the canopy over the boat to keep the sun off, but leave the breeze to cool us. Tonight we join a beach BBQ.

There will be no blog until we set sail.
