All well on Shelena. No sea sickness felt by Helen or Kathryn; or indeed anyone. The ear patches seem to be good. No sooner had we crossed the start line and we saw two pods of dolphins. Quickly followed by a turtle at the surface! The acceleration zone brought us 22-25 knots true wind so a great
start. In the first 24 hours we managed about 190Nm. As predicted the wind came round to the east so we enjoyed a beam reach for a while. Everyone had difficulty in sleeping first night. The roll was not too bad but still needs getting used too. Glad Helen had anticipated a simple evening pizza for dinner. So for those that do not know, our crew are Helen, Kathryn, Jules and Petri.
