We are already looking out for the welcome basket
with St. Lucia's home made products. Hopefully with a bottle of the
famous local rum: Chairmans Delight. If not, than we already had our portion of
delight, made by the cooking team that stocked the Nix in Las Palmas with
Christmas meat from the Lidl like Filet de Canguro, Veal liver, Magret de
Canard, Ostrich Steaks, stuffed Salmon en croute, Mince meat for the Spagetti
Bolognese and tin food like Confit de Canard and Cordonices en Escabeche.
All of it nothing compared with our home made Sushi.....
