Why Not - Why Not (Richard Anthony)
After replacing the cruising chute with the goose swing (with poled out
genoa and preventer on main) at sunset last night, we had a fairly decent night
sail where we averaged 5-6 knots. We’ve also been a touch jammy with avoiding
the various squalls in the distance – how long our luck will last I’m not
sure.
Come sunrise, we got the cruising chute back up straight away, and it’s
been flying all day. Been another solid day despite the winds being a bit slow,
and Keith deciding to make us all coffee’s this morning without actually adding
any coffee to the mug’s. Think all this bobbing about is starting to make him a
bit loopy.
Two more mahi mahi caught today – this time by Catrin and Keith.
