Skyelark of London - Day 12

Day 12
Another glorious sunrise for my 4 to 7am watch, usually a bit tired at this
point but had some good tunes on the ipod and sailed on through, watching
the stars, the moon and then the sunrise!
All crew predictions for our ETA have been cast [secretly] and then revealed
with most estimating with carefully considered scientific reasoning, a
Thursday arrival in ST Lucia but myself [4.10pm] and Dan [4.00pm] being
optimistic with a Wednesday 9th arrival. To win I need Skyelark to keep
with these brisk winds and not mess about with any calm weather!. So when
we caught a further 2 large dorado this afternoon and the boat needed to be
slowed down to bring these beautiful fish in, Im egging them on to get the
fish gutted and back to the business of sailing! Oh but what beauties and
skillfully gutted by Tony! Think we will be eating a lot of Dan's
delicious ceviche the next few days! yum! So yum I had no room for David
and
Tony's pasta number, Tony is the man of the moment, with his excellent
bread dough balls and garlic butter. Lovely sunset too.
