Widago - Home for the Holidays!

After a challenging Atlantic crossing with ARC+, WIDAGO and her crew were ready to get stateside to see family, friends, doggies, and high-speed internet. Seriously, anyone who says, "If so-and-so gets elected, I'm leaving the the USA and moving....", well they are, in my humble opinion, idiots. Even though I loved all the fantastic places we have traveled to in the past year, nothing beats home. Home is where is the heart is. Home is where your mom is. Period.

We spent a few weeks in south Florida visiting all our favorite preventative health physicians. Everyone made honor marks...except Ahab. He managed to get a cavity whilst underway. Gotta start hiding those mini-Mars bars, and stock up on more fluoride mouthwash.

After the dentist, we obviously hit Shake Shack, followed bouts of GI distress. I was very upset to hear about the E. Coli outbreak at Chipotle - that was number two on my list. However, I wasn't willing to risk everyone else having number two problems after eating there, so we shall save that for Summer of 2017.

In true Moseley fashion, we celebrated Christmasversion 1.0 on December 13th. The scallywags were delighted to add a new Xbox & games from Gramma Sheesh & Popeye to their underway activities. BTW, I just read that video games help improve your IQ and prevent Alzheimer's. Boom!

The visit to Virginia obviously had many highlights. The jury is still out as to whether seeing all the doggies or The Force Awakens (three times the theater) was the golden chalice. Santa visited Wheaty for Christmasversion 2.0, and brought with him a drone for the kids, but seriously - we all know it was for Ahab. Many great overheads shots are in our future, so be mindful of nude sunbathing and general tomfoolery. There are eyes in skies.

Christmasversion 3.0 was celebrated back in Ocean Reef with cousins, aunts, and uncles - both related and those from other mothers. A whirlwind New Year's, followed by our favorite game of trying to fit 250 pounds worth of gear into 100 pounds worth of bags. We managed to stuff every last corner of every backpack we could get our hands on. Most importantly though, we now have our hands on a baby brother to Big Blue. Don't freak - I'm NOT pregnant, and we did not adopt. However, while Big Blue is still getting some "body work" done at the Parasailor Spa in Germany, Ahab was able to get his hands on a second parasailor that we can use as a back-up for downwind sailing.

Stay tuned for the big reveal of Big Blue's baby brother, Vader......... coming out of his bag soon!
