Paw Paw - Log Day 144: Take Two

Roy was up early to go ashore for freshly baked baguettes, replenish his beers and stop off at the post office. While that was happening Elaine did her back exercises and got Paw Paw ready to move to our next anchorage, Port du Bourayne.

Nina had left earlier and hailed us about the availability of mooring balls following their reconnaissance of the area. Once both yachts were safely on mooring balls, we headed out in the dinghies to explore the bay as well as to pass over a coral reef and under a little bridge to see Baie Maroe on the windward side of the island. Having enjoyed the beautiful scenery we decided that morning coffee aboard Paw Paw was the order of the day again.

It wasn't long before we saw Do Over coming down the channel so we directed them to one of the mooring balls that was still available. With the "mini-WARC" fleet reassembled again, the beautiful sandy beach off the anchorage beckoned - time for some snorkeling and sundowners. Roy did try to take the opportunity to clean the bottom of the dinghy, but gave up when he saw everyone else having way more fun!

We're hoping tonight can be a take two on the early to bed for a good night's sleep, since we're in a very secluded anchorage and, with the exception of one other charter yacht, there is no one else around. Heaven!
