Helen - Day 3 from Ed

Another day of 134 miles and the captain is heading south so that I can have even more sun.

Today I have been put on duty to make the bread for the humans. Here is my special recipe:

Ingredients: 1 bag of bread mix.
1 litre of white diesel.
1.5 teaspoons of yeast.
20 litres of sea water.

Method: Put the diesel in the generator and create two units
of electricity.
Run the sea water through the reverse osmosis
plant using 1 unit of electricity. Collect the fresh
water in a container.
Place the bread mix in the bread machine and add
the yeast.
Add half a litre of the fresh water and drink the rest.

Now switch on, use the other unit of electricity and in 3 hours and 5 minutes you will have a fine loaf. Just look at the picture!

I found this rather hard work so I am going to have a ready meal, there are still a few flies on board
