A whopper of a Dorado was hauled in on Aedis on a competition lure. Each crew member on board carefully selected their lure of choice for the crossing and Holly’s “Crocodog” as in the photo has the current lead with a 9kg Dorado. We had a battle on our hands slowing the boat down enough to wind in about 200m of line. El Capitano gaffed and then straddled the beast on the back step to make sure the catch was secured. We will be eating well for days, the menu has been altered so that all meals are prefixed with fish :)
