IceBear - Buttoned Down

On our trip from Cutler, Maine to St Lucia, we stopped in Hurricane (Maria) devastated Dominica.  A fisherman in an open yellow boat named “Lawrence of Arabia” came out to greet us and takes us to a mooring ($25EC - $10US). A fully clothed soaking wet man paddled out to IceBear on a paddle board selling trinkets and requesting water and a dry shirt in a waterproof bag.  Carol purchased a necklace $40EC, and provided water.  He is surely now the sole resident of Portsmouth with a Brooks Brothers oxford button down shirt - hope he wore it to celebrate New Year’s Eve!
