Unbelievable scenes leaving the marina: huge crowds on the sea wall waving the boats off and bands thumping out some serious bangers. Pretty sure they all packed up and went home the very second Gauntlet left...
We crossed the line as the starting gun sounded and will point ourselves east towards Africa to pick up the winds then come back round with a direct line to St Lucia firmly in our sights.
