¢ 02:00 - 04:00 - Mary's watch
o light winds - 3-4 knots. Using main and genoa- slow sailing, full moon
o 75NM from Las Palmas
o 02:45 - S/V VENUS #92 on our starboard
¢ 08:00 - winds 10-12 knots, sail change- Glen and Don added Code 0
o S/V NJORD of GOTHENBURG #95 on port
o S/V HULLABALOO #146 on port
o 105 NM from Las Palmas
o Breakfast: French Toast with fruit, Greek yogurt with honey
o Pod of dolphins came to play with Danica - two bows can accommodate a decent dolphin party
¢ 12:00 - noon- 124 NM from Las Palmas - Steak and grilled vegetables with mushroom risotto for lunch
¢ 13:30 - S/V ADAGIO on our starboard
¢ 18:00 - 155 NM from Las Palmas, no lights from the ARC boats on the horizon tonight. Danica feels alone on our course.
o Dinner: chicken noodle soup, mixed salad, egg salad and turkey sandwiches
¢ 20:00 - the winds are around 10 knots and we are averaging about 6 knots. We are slow but very comfortable and the crew is enjoying the journey
¢ 20:00 - 22:00 - Mary's night watch
