Timshel - Cape Town to St Helena Day 7

Good winds for most of today either broad reaching or running wing and wing with poled yankee heading for St Helena - it depends on whether the wind is SSW or SE. And in sunshine. It's still quite cold at night but water temperature is now up to 21 deg C from 16 deg C at Cape Town. Less than 1000 miles to go now but unfortunately wind has dropped off a bit.
