Start day today at 1300 for the cruising boats which made it hard to sleep last night, a lot of nervous apprehension and excitement ahead of the crossing. The excitement got a big boost from the fireworks display which was epic! Talk about a crescendo, and lots of boat horns to top it all off. It’s easy to forget when you spend most of your day on your own pontoon that there is a whole marina full of pontoons and everyone is ready to go.
All the crews and boats have had a long journey to get here for the start of the ARC 2021 so hats off to everyone. From the crew of Blake (Katie, Lyall, Iwalani & Anela) we wish everyone fair winds and aloha, enjoy your time on the water and we look forward to seeing everyone in Saint Lucia!
