We were anticipating an easy final portion of the trip based on the prevailing conditions north of Panama.
Unfortunately we have been caught between a high pressure and low pressure and are experiencing strong winds and following seas.
No fishing or schoolwork today, just waiting to arrive. We may go straight to the Panama Canal entrance for fear of encountering very rough seas in the approaches to San Blas.
