A very steady day making good progress directly towards St Lucia which is some 450 miles away. We hope to arrive later on Saturday providing the wind holds firm.

All on board are well and looking forward to a full nights sleep plus the odd rum punch on arrival.

In all other respects there is little to report although negotiations between management and the Union will have to start over arrangements for the finish which seem likely to involve at least a gybe and a drop of the pole.
