Reberth - One more night!!
This blog is meant to be used to tell those who read it about our trials and triumphs.!! There have been some of each on this trip. This mornings’ disaster was the pancakes for breakfast. Not the best I have to say but they were devoured, with the crispy bacon and maple syrup. The highlight of the morning were the dolphins swimming at the bow.If any family members are reading this they will know that we tend to come up with song titles for events, well, I think you can get the picture from the email title. All being well we will reach landfall tomorrow, Thursday, during daylight hours, after, we hope, a starry starry night. Last night saw the ocean flatten out from the rolls and we had a lovely smooth sail after some motoring. We are sailing!! On that note, its goodbye for now.one more.

Reberth - Happy Month!!
Where have the days, and years, gone? I cannot believe that it is now ten years since we brought Reberth down to the Caribbean with the Caribbean 1500 in 2004 to start our Caribbean adventure. When the skipper heard about ARC Europe and ARC Plus he came up with the ‘Crazy Idea” and now the loop is nearly completed. We left Rodney Bay, St. Lucia, 17th February 2014 and now nearly 9000 nm later the circuit will be complete and our “ winter home” will be back where she started in February. Hopefully to enjoy many more winters afloat. Thank you World Cruising Club.Only 25 days to Christmas!!!.

Reberth - Middle of the Atlantic.
We may be on a sailboat nearly 800nm from land but we can still celebrate holidays!! Yesterday, being American Thanksgiving, saw a menu of Bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast, Cape Verde cream cheese and Ryevita for lunch and supper of Avocado and crab salad on croissant, barbecued Turkey with a cream sauce, rostii and sweetcorn and red pepper fritters followed by fresh fruit salad. The galley mate says today her get up and go has got up and gone!!!.
