If nothing goes wrong than Allure will be our home for the next couple of years. We, that is my wife Edith and I, Patrick. How long is a couple of years? Well we are retired so a couple of years is as long as we like, our body plays the game and until we find the way home. Home originally is Switzerland but home may as well be anywhere in the world, just where we like.
Allure, is a catamaran, easy to live on since all is flat, inside and outside. Just right if you tend to fall over your own feet. Plenty space but little storage room, so I had to indulge on my passion working with wood. Now we have space for our gear. Allure sails well, have a look on YouTube and search for pathei51.
What is our near future? The ARC of course that is why we are all here. And after the ARC? Well some people claim the world is round, some believe its flat. So we go and find out. And if you don’t hear from us anymore than you know it is flat and we fell over the edge.

Allure - Status 001 trip to Gran Canaria
Allure has arrived in Gran Canaria Thursday 17, 2013 around 12:30. We started our journey on Wednesday September 25. In tree legs we went from Port Napoleon France (near Marseille) to Palma de Mallorca. A week later we took off on Friday October 4. direct to Gibraltar. There we staid 2 nights thus left on Thursday 10, direction Canaries. A short stop to visit friends and finally an easy ride to arrive here. Now we get ready for November 24..
