Why Not - Why Not Monday ( Richard Anthony )
In the last 24 hrs we have had many squalls with winds and rain up to 38knots , during the night these were the hardest to deal with especially as wehad no moon, hence darkness, but our skipper got us through it . Charlie one crew member decided to read to all of us a chapter from 50Shades of Grey Only 580 miles to go and most of the crew are looking for a large beer, except Catlin is looking for a good scrub. Keith and Ray cooked a fine meal last night of jacket potato and baked beans . Good Sailing Keith .

Why Not - Why Not (Richard Anthony)
Afternoon Folks! We’re glad to report that we’ve grafted very hard over the last 2 days, andhave just managed our personal best of 171 miles in 24 hours – an average of 7.1knots. Not bad considering we’ve only been on the white sails for the last 3days. Previous days were 161 and 163 miles, so we’re really going for it. The crew also enjoyed a delightfully chilled bottle of Moet a couple daysago, to celebrate crossing the half way line. The next sip of champers will beupon our arrival in St Lucia, which is our main motivation for getting there asquick as possible! In the night we had 3 flying fish attacks which resulted in Keith dancingaround like a fairy to get them back in the sea. This morning we also managedour 2nd largest catch yet – 19 lb. mahi mahi which is.
