Bliss II - Re: bliss II blogentry day 3
Day 3 We are doing well. To bring something new up. We hadscrambled eggs in the morning and will have veggies, chicken and rice in theevening. To bring up something new... I think all found our rhythm to functionwell now. We’re eating mile after mile having Maegan around us in case they needsome flour.. Try to avoid the more southerly weaker wind area andgybe later today to come above layline again. Still no pilot possible. Allmanual steering and our Croatian crew performs super. More to come tomorrow same time Best Regards JB, bliss II.

Bliss II - blogentry day 2
Day2 Nightwas much better than before and we did good pace for confidence of what we arecapable. Several gusts wit rain and 30+ kts means several sail action at night. But all went well. Crew is excellent and everybody is relaxed except Sepp who isstill fighting sea sickness. Hope he gets well soon. Today we want to startfishing if we find the time. I think we are starting a new record for arc. Nominute on Auto Pilot as it seems… We’restruggling a little with wind direction but are confident that northern routestill pays off. Moreto come tomorrow same time BestRegards JB,bliss II.

Bliss II - blogentry
Day 1 Afterhaving a rough day and a rough night on the choppy Atlantic and on the northernroute things get more relaxed now. We are repairing minor things that fell apartduring the night and enjoy the nice weather. Sea legs are slowly building andsea sickness hopefully stays away. We have a constant breeze of 20 kts from NEand bliss is on 2 reefs in main and code 0. We are depowering the gooseneck notto risk anything regarding the latest repair. So we will be a little slower thanexpected but anyway, that’s sailing. Onboards mood is good and we’re cruising with around 10 kts straight way to St.Lucia JB, blissII.
