Batsheva - Jeanine's Mahi-Mahi
Hi Everybody,our pos is 21.28N 20.59W at 12h UTC(UK), we had a busy night with thegennaker flying, but we caught it and stored it safely... Made 5-7 knwith main only and wind 10-18 kn from nearly 180deg, to SSW, then wegybed early in the morning going to WSW/W - St Lucia directly!!! (sofar).Everybody is fine, it has 24 deg C and cloudy.Jeanine got another fish, a Mahi-Mahi this time waooooouuuw!!! (seeattached) and the fruits get overripe...No idea where is the rest of the fleet- see no-one anymore. Batsheva - Nicolaus-Tag
Hi there,we are all well on BATSHEVA, making quite good progress to the west. Today little winds, the night before up to 36 kn, the autopilot handled the huge waves without any problem, and nearly not moving... Verenusch, got your mail now.Attached see what we are eating tomorrow, a Nicolaus-Barracuda - caught at 13h Z , 06 12 -(today we eat the biggest Mahi-Mahi we ever got, caught yesterday).All the best!BedoNicolaus Barracuda 2008.

Batsheva - fish-kiss
Jeanine had caught so many fishs that the crew sang in chorus :"NO MORE FISH, NO MORE FISH"No wonder, with in average 2 fishs a day, sometimes at nearly the same moment on the starboard and the port line hook... So, after a kiss, they were resent to the sea.But on the other side, they were prepared by Jeanine so deliciously....We had a floating first class five star restaurant on board (at least most of the time....)
