Please find words below and pics attached 👍😀The first weekWe departed the wonderful Las Palmas a week ago with mixed emotions, excited about the journey but sad that we were leaving such a great place and new friends.The first couple of days were unfortunately taken over by the skipper having a very upset stomach that left him incapacitated for around 24 hours, luckily the crew rose to the challenge and kept Sofa on track.The first week has really been dominated by the very changeable weather but we have now got trade winds which hopefully will now scoot us over to Saint Lucia.We’ve seen a fair amount of wildlife although not as much as we were really expecting and the first flying fish was found on deck when we went for a gybe on Saturday morning - yuk.
