Balance Catamarans was created to bridge the gap between charter-focused catamarans and stripped-out racing machines. Its handcrafted performance catamarans are designed to combine speed and sailing performance with the comfort, practicality and capability required for serious cruising. The current range spans 46 to 76 feet, with carbon-reinforced construction, daggerboards and the distinctive VersaHelm system among the features of the Balance approach.

But what particularly attracted us to Balance is that its philosophy extends beyond the yacht itself. Education, owner support and community are central to the Balance experience, with resources for handling, maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as a global network supporting owners as they travel.

That philosophy aligns closely with our own. World Cruising Club believes that preparation and knowledge are an important part of a successful offshore adventure, while the best part of cruising is being able to share the experience with others.
